What the day actually looks like

We arrive early, kill the service with SWEPCO's disconnect, and photograph and label every branch circuit before anything comes loose. The old panel and — where needed — the meter base come off, the new enclosure is set and bonded, a fresh ground rod is driven and bonded to the incoming water line, surge protection is installed at the main, and each circuit is re-terminated and torqued to spec.
