Retail schedules are unforgiving — the rent starts whether the space is finished or not. We work from the landlord's shell drawings and the tenant's fixture plan, size the panel and feeders for the actual load, and sequence rough-in and trim around the other trades. We pull our own permits and coordinate inspections with the City of Shreveport and Bossier City so the electrical inspection is not what delays the certificate of occupancy.

Sales floors need even, high-CRI light; display windows and feature walls need aimed track or accent fixtures; fitting rooms need light that does not make people leave. We handle layout as well as installation, and LED retrofits in older centers typically pay for themselves in 18–36 months on the lighting bill alone — before counting the lamp-and-ballast calls you stop making.
